It's sad to hear you want to return your X-Arcade. As stated in our return policy and terms shipping fees are not refundable and you'll be responsible getting the product back to us. However, to help save you time going to a shipping location to pay for postage and ship back your item, with this purchase, we will email you a Fedex Label to print and apply to the package. You can then can contact Fedex and they will pickup the package.
Available for any item, with the exception of X-Arcade Machine or Arcade Monitors. Only valid for Continental USA.
Shipping fees at USPS or Fedex for X-Arcade Joysticks are about $20, so this is intended to save you some time and hassle.

| Service Description: FedEx Express and FedEx Ground | You receive an email with a link to the label, print the label and applies it to the package, then call for pickup or drop the package off at the nearest FedEx drop-off location. For your convenience, the email also includes links for scheduling a pickup and finding drop-off locations in the area. This saves you the hassle of going to Fedex and wasting any of your busy time packaging and paying for the item. You should use the original shipping box or something similar for protection. | |
